How to avoid Sweating after a Shower

Very often one tends to sweat after a shower. This is caused due to three factors

Hot Water: The hot water left on the skin and in your hair after the shower makes your body warm. In order to prevent this gradually decrease the temperature of the water sprayed out from the shower. Every time you decrease the temperature allow yourself 10 seconds to get used to the new temperature. Progressively rinse your hair with cold water, thus preventing any hot water from remaining in your hair and skin.

Steam: The steam from the hot water raises the temperature and humidity of the bathroom. This problem can be avoided by installing an exhaust fan in your shower. This will drive the hot air out, letting cooler air to flow in. If you have windows in your bathroom open them as wide as you are feel comfortable with. You can also install an electric fan in your bathroom and dry yourself in front of it. Make sure the fan is away from the water sources.

Method of drying: After the shower one tends to rub dry his/her self. This causes friction which in turn causes heat. This friction can be avoided by pat drying one’s self. However it’s necessary that one needs to dry up their towels after a shower or use dried up towels. This is because wet towels do not soak up the moisture on the skin, causing you to rub yourself harder.
