You’re tired, hungry, dirty and irritable. You feel so down and want to do something real good to lift up your mood. Well the best thing you can do now is have a enjoyable shower. Here are some ways you can have a relaxing shower
- Get incense, possibly some candles and light them around the shelves in your bathroom.
- Grab a soda pop, or other drink. If it is in a can, open the lid only slightly so the soda pop trickles out. Avoid a glass or cup, because shower water could get in, but if your shower has a small rack to put it on, you’ll be fine.
- Take off your clothes.
- Get in. Turn the temperature to whatever you feel like, and change it at your wish.
- Wash your hair, get clean.
- Wash your body.
- Don’t meditate, but just kind of think about what’s going on outside, how to solve it, what to do. Remember to take deep breaths, and that your primary goal here is to relax, so move away from anything depressing.
- Apply some swwet and soothing cream and perfume on your self. This will definitely relax you.
- Play some soothing music as you are dressing up.
When you feel refreshed, get out, dry yourself off thoroughly, and go out and enjoy the world!
