Make Your Own Bath Salts

Posted on February 11, 2008 in Latest News

Bath salts are inorganic usually inorganic solid products which serve as an ingredient to a bath, to improve cleaning or provide medical improvement, to improve the experience of bathing, or to serve as a vehicle for cosmetic agents. Bath salts have been developed which mimic the properties of natural mineral baths or hot springs.

Bath salts change the osmotic balance of water so that the skin absorbs less water via osmosis. This reduces the “pruning” or “wrinkling” effect of prolonged exposure of skin to fresh water.
