My self Meena Madaan , as i joined gym in May 2009 , after gym exercise .. i am taking wet steam bath daily …after 10 minutes .. of steam bath .. usually taking warm shower ..for 5 minutes ..
Can anu body suggest me … Am i doing write or wrong?

LOLZ!!! I Took a hecka warm shower. It was sooooooooooooooooooo steamy. Like the steamiest shower eveeeeeeerrrrrrr. ps I love Jackson
